Idania Salazar

Idania Salazar is the current Director of Development Mexico at DCH. Idania has held this position for 3 years and 5 months. Prior to their current role, Idania was the Alianzas Estratégicas Capital Humano ConCom Asociación Internacional de Líderes de Recursos Humanos. In this role, they were responsible for building the company's networking audience, developing flexible working practices, and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions. Idania began their career at Telmex, where they spent 5 years in various roles, including Gerente de Habilitación y Transformación Comercial, Alianzas Estratégicas IT, and Capacitación y Desarrollo. Idania then spent 9 years at Coca-Cola FEMSA, where they were responsible for the company's training and development, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives.

Idania Salazar is a certified executive coach from the ICC International Coaching Community. Idania also holds a degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, where they studied human resources, English, and Portuguese.
