José Luis Cortes Vega

José Luis Cortes Vega is the current Director of Central America & the Caribbean at DCH. José has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with DCH since June 2009. Prior to their current position, they were the Gerente de Recursos Humanos for H.B. Fuller from January 1980 to June 2009, where they were responsible for developing the regional Human Resources strategy, career development plan, and compensation and benefits strategy. José also implemented a Lean Six Sigma program and is certified as a Green Belt.

José Luis Cortes Vega has a certification in business coaching from the Escuela Europea Mens Venilia, an MBA from the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, and a bachelor's degree in administration from the Universidad Monterrey. José also has certification from the Pacific Institute in the 12 Steps to Success program and from George Group in Lean Six Green Belt.
