Juan Pablo Betancourt

Juan Pablo Betancourt is the current Director of Central America & the Caribbean at DCH. Juan has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources management, including over 10 years in the banking industry.

Betancourt started their career in 1994 as a human resources manager at Docthos (Medicina privada). Juan then moved to La Buenos Aires Seguros, where they worked for HSBC Bank from 2007 to 2012. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing the HR operations for DCH in Central America and the Caribbean.
