Livi Betancur

Livi Betancur is the current President of DCH Colombia at DCH. Livi has over 8 years of experience in human talent management, commercial management, and consulting. Livi has a proven track record in designing, directing, and implementing projects related to organizational culture transformation, high-performance team development, leadership transformation and development in large companies in the Andean region in accordance with the business strategy of the clients, ensuring quality and effectiveness in the results. Notable projects include: National Chocolate in the areas of production, research and development and Quality; Design and implementation of the Grupo ISA competency management model; SC Johnson change management; Administrative restructuring and transformation of FEDEPALMA and CENIPALMA; Telefonica-Telecom recognition model design; 2015 Talent Human Strategy design and accompaniment in the implementation of performance processes and succession management at Ecopetrol. Additionally, Livi has also been responsible for culture management and talent human strategy at COLSUBSIDIO as well as strategic planning and consolidation of the BBVA executive team. Most recently, they have been working on change management at Alquería.
