María del Rocío Cabañas

María del Rocío Cabañas is the Director of Paraguay at DCH. María has over 10 years of experience working in human resources and has held various positions throughout their career. María started as a Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Garden and then moved to Disal Chile as a Gerente de Gestión de Personas. After 3 years, they returned to Grupo Garden as a Gerente de Recursos Humanos. María then spent a year at Sanatorio San Roque S.A. as a Jefe de RRHH before moving to Holding Reguera where they were responsible for the administration of salaries, ISO 9001, and the organizational development of three companies within the holding. María currently serves as the Director of Paraguay at DCH.
