Maria Victoria Galeano

Maria Victoria Galeano is the current Director of Chile at DCH. Maria has also held the position of Gerente de Personas y Relaciones at IDEAL S.A. for 5 years and 5 months. Prior to that, they worked at Panificadora Bimbo del Uruguay for 9 years and 1 month, where they held the positions of Gerente de Personal y Relaciones and Jefe de Personal. In their role as Gerente de Personal y Relaciones, they were responsible for the administration of the company's human resources department, including labor relations, employee training and development, compensation, and benefits. Maria also oversaw the strategic planning for the department, prepared budgets, and developed workforce plans. In their role as Jefe de Personal, they supervised a team of HR administrators and provided support and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related issues. Maria has also worked as a Sub-Jefa de Contabilidad at ACSA - Inmobiliaria for 4 years and 9 months, and as an Administrativa y Atención al cliente at Intendencia de Montevideo for 1 year and 1 month.

Maria Victoria Galeano has a Licenciatura de RRLL from Universidad de la República, a Posgrado en Dirección de Recursos Humanos from Universidad de la Empresa, and a Tecnico Asesor en RRLL from Universidad de la República. Maria also has a Técnico en Administración de Empresas from FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración and a Contador Público from FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración.
