Mariana De la Fuente

Mariana De la Fuente is the current Director of Argentina at DCH. Mariana has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management.

Mariana began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Empresa Distribuidora de Energía Norte, where they worked for 6 years. Mariana then went on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Edelap S.A. for 8 months, followed by a 3-year stint as a Human Resources Manager at GRUPO ABERTIS.

After working as a Lead Human Resources Manager at Monsanto for 2 years, Mariana spent 6 years working as a Human Resources Manager at Cabot. Mariana then spent 6 years as a Head of Human Resources at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes before taking on their current role at DCH.

Mariana is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in leading and managing teams. Mariana is passionate about developing and implementing HR strategies that promote employee engagement and retention.

Mariana De la Fuente has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology from the same school. Mariana also has a degree in Strategic Planning from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a degree in Business Development from the IAE Business School. Mariana has also completed the "HR Strategic Planning" program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and the "Visión Global de los Negocios" program at the IAE Business School. Finally, they have also completed the "Organizational Career Development" program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
