Mariana De la Fuente is the current Director of Argentina at DCH. Mariana has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management.

Mariana began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Empresa Distribuidora de Energía Norte, where they worked for 6 years. Mariana then went on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Edelap S.A. for 8 months, followed by a 3-year stint as a Human Resources Manager at GRUPO ABERTIS.

After working as a Lead Human Resources Manager at Monsanto for 2 years, Mariana spent 6 years working as a Human Resources Manager at Cabot. Mariana then spent 6 years as a Head of Human Resources at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes before taking on their current role at DCH.

Mariana is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in leading and managing teams. Mariana is passionate about developing and implementing HR strategies that promote employee engagement and retention.

Mariana De la Fuente has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology from the same school. Mariana also has a degree in Strategic Planning from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a degree in Business Development from the IAE Business School. Mariana has also completed the "HR Strategic Planning" program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and the "Visión Global de los Negocios" program at the IAE Business School.
