Paola Del Río

Paola Del Río is the current Director of Spain at DCH. Paola has over 7 years of experience in managing diversity and talent within organizations. Prior to their current position, Paola was a Manager at SRCL Consenur CEE, where they oversaw processes and managed people. Paola also has experience as a Director at Sistemas Integrales Sanitarios, where they were responsible for resource and people management.

Paola Del Río has a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Zaragoza and a degree in General Management from IESE Business School - University of Navarra.
