Sebastián Fernández Silva

Sebastián Fernández Silva is the current Director of Argentina at DCH. Prior to this, they served as Human Resources Manager at M. & M. Bomchil from December 2000 to July 2004, Management Education Coordinator at IDEA - Instituto para el Desarrollo Empresarial de la Argentina from March 2000 to November 2000, Human Resources Specialist at American Airlines from January 1999 to February 2000, Staffing, Training & Development Specialist at Iberia from June 1994 to December 1998, and Trainee at Colgate Palmolive from March 1992 to May 1994.

Sebastián Fernández Silva has a BA in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, an MA in Human Resources Strategic Management from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​, and is a Certified Organizational Coach from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​. Sebastián also has completed HR Executive Programs from IAE Business School and the University of Michigan, as well as a Senior HR Executive Program and a Strategic HR Executive Program from the University of Michigan.
