Jim Smartt has extensive experience in the healthcare field, starting as an ER Paramedic at HCA Healthcare from February 2000 to September 2010. Currently, Jim is serving as a Tissue Operations Manager at DCI Donor Services, Inc. since September 2010. Jim is also skilled in tissue processing, central sterile supplies supervision, and processing technician duties. Jim obtained a degree in Emergency Medicine from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from 1994 to 1996.
