Teresa Thompson

As CFO, Teresa Thompson oversees all financial operations for DCIDS’s three Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) in Tennessee, New Mexico, and California as well as DCI’s Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Service’s Eye Bank. Teresa joined DCI Donor Services in 2007 with more than three decades of corporate accounting and management experience. During her tenure, she significantly reduced year-over-year expenses while increasing revenues approximately 120 percent. She also transitioned DCIDS to a new accounting and payroll system and implemented numerous accounting procedures and internal controls while leading the annual budgeting process.
