Jessica Congdon, CPSM

Jessica Congdon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica is currently working as a Marketing Coordinator at DCI Engineers. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at SMPS Seattle, serving as President and President-Elect. Jessica also worked as the Director of Marketing for SMPS Seattle. Before that, Jessica worked at Schuchart as a Senior Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for editing and distributing subcontractor documentation and assisting the Marketing Manager with various tasks. Jessica also had a role as a Project Coordinator/Marketing Assistant at Schuchart, where they supported the Marketing Manager with proposals, marketing collateral, career fairs, and events. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked in sales and customer service roles at Jack Jerome, Hubert White, and Caribou Coffee. Jessica also gained experience in marketing and office management as an Office Manager at MSP Communications and as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at ICBA Independent Banker Magazine. Jessica started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Worrell, Inc.

Jessica Congdon, CPSM, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they briefly attended the University of Wollongong and studied English, Design, and Media Studies. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification from SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services in April 2022.
