Combined with one-on-one interviews, DCI is ME is demonstrating what makes our individual experiences so special and is celebrating the differences – as well as the similarities. “It’s unusual in today’s culture to work at one place for more than a few years, let alone what’s been my entire career; but there’s a culture inherent to DCI that’s unique: the ability to own what you’re working on but always be supported, always part of a team. I stay for the people, the projects and the pursuit to be better – for myself and my clients.” --Danielle Jacobs, Principal & Former DCI Intern
