Chandelle Whitney, MBA/PHR, has extensive work experience in various industries and roles.

From 2019 to the present, they have been the Human Resources Director at DCI, Inc. Sustainable Hardwood Furniture, overseeing HR operations. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Benefits Administrator at the same company.

In 2018, Chandelle worked as an HR/Payroll Contractor at St. Johnsbury School District for a period of six months.

From 2017 to 2018, they were a Human Resources Generalist at ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care.

Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton, where they developed and implemented financial strategies for a government client.

Chandelle also has military experience, having served as a SIGINT Analyst/Trainer in the U.S. Army from 1983 to 1998. Chandelle was responsible for instructing adult students, managing curriculum, and developing lesson plans.

Chandelle Whitney, MBA/PHR, has a strong educational background and additional certifications in the field of human resources. Chandelle obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Martin's College between 1988 and 1990. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. In January 2017, Chandelle obtained the certification of Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
