Chandelle Whitney, MBA/PHR, has extensive work experience in various industries and roles.

Chandelle obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Martin's College between 1988 and 1990. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. In January 2017, Chandelle obtained the certification of Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
