Sam Brandt is a Senior Project Estimator with extensive experience in project estimation, subcontractor management, budget development, and contract negotiation. With a background in construction management and project management, Sam has worked in various roles within the industry, from being an apprentice electrician to overseeing multi-million dollar projects. Sam's expertise includes project due diligence, budget development using Timberline Estimating, subcontractor vetting, and managing bid processes. Sam holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
