Ashley Heier Dull has had a diverse work experience since 2011. In 2009, they worked as an Engineering Tech (Internship) for the Department of Defense; Naval Air Systems Command (PMA 201). In this role, they researched and located a safe frequency range located in China, where a specified pod and missile could be set to, with no outside interferences. Ashley Heier also tested and analyzed over a hundred "shorting caps" and determined expected replacement date. In 2011, they worked as an Engineering Tech (Internship) for the Department of Defense; Naval Air Systems Command (PMA 274). In this role, they supported the Executive Helicopter Team in building the "Grid", hardware and software troubleshooting, helicopter weight calculations and adjustments, and test result analysis. Ashley Heier also built the "Grid"; a large structure constructed out of cables, connectors, and computers that was used to connect the helicopter’s testing components to the flight testing computer. In 2012, they worked as a Systems Engineer for Engility Corporation. In 2013, they worked as a Field Service Engineer for Dako. In this role, they repaired, maintained and installed cancer diagnostic systems by utilizing technical knowledge of systems and assays to resolve issues and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Since 2017, they have been working as a National Sales Manager for DCI, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for regional sales management in the West.
Ashley Heier Dull attended West Virginia University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
