Chad Leither started their work experience in 1997 at LarsonAllen as a Manager, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Larson Glastron Boats as a Controller until 2006. From 2006 onwards, Chad worked at DCI, Inc., starting as the VP of Finance until 2012, and then transitioning to the role of CFO & Executive Vice President from 2013 onwards.
Chad Leither attended St John's University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting.
