Andrew Gillespie has an extensive background in quality and compliance management, health, safety, and environmental advising, as well as manufacturing engineering. Andrew has experience in maintaining ISO and OHSAS accreditations, addressing customer quality concerns, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Gillespie has worked in various roles within the Test Department, starting with electrical testing of scientific lasers, before moving up to senior positions within the department.
