Larry Murphy

Larry Murphy is an accomplished educator and business leader with extensive experience in executive education and finance. Currently serving as a Lecturer at UVA McIntire School of Commerce, Larry teaches a course on financial decision-making for undergraduate students. Larry also holds a position as a Facilitator for DCM Insights, co-facilitating programs that enhance business development performance based on research-backed methodologies. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at the University of Virginia Darden School Foundation, McKinsey & Company, and Harvard Business School, where Larry managed complex programs and teams. Larry's early career featured key operational roles at Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank, with a strong foundation in finance and management, supported by an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia.
