Jessica Jacksie, CRCS, currently serves as a Senior Executive Account Manager at DCM Services and is the Secretary for the AAHAM - MN Gopher Chapter. With extensive experience in client relationship management, Jessica previously held the position of Healthcare Client Success Manager at IC System, where responsibilities included onboarding large National Healthcare and Dental clients, managing project specifications, and training new Account Managers. Additional experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Apex Revenue Technologies and Northland Group, as well as an Account Manager and Team Lead at IC System. Early career roles included fitness instruction at Xperience Fitness and various management positions. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
