Mark Josephsen

Mark Josephsen has extensive experience in operations management and training within the collections sector, currently serving as Operations Manager at DCM Services since November 2017, after progressing through multiple roles including Team Lead and Sr Accountant Representative. Previous positions include Specialist at iQor, Department of Education Collections Trainer at Teffia, and Lead Trainer at Gatestone & Co., where Mark focused on training employees on collection processes related to the Department of Education. Mark began their career in collections as a Team Lead at Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc.® and as a Collection Specialist at Progressive Financial Services, with a foundational background in retail management as General Manager of PACKGING STORE. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Voice and Opera from Luther College.
