Ghalia Fasheh has a diverse work experience in the field of media planning and strategy. Ghalia currently works as a Growth Strategist at DCMN since August 2022. Prior to this, they were a Media Planner at mc Group: World of ideas from August 2021 to July 2022, where they handled strategic media planning, monitoring, and reporting for various clients. From September 2019 to July 2021, Ghalia worked as a Media Planner at Wavemaker, where they were responsible for media planning and strategizing for clients in different industries. Ghalia started their career as a Junior Media Planner at Wavemaker in October 2017, where they gained experience in media planning, buying, and strategy development for clients. Ghalia also had an internship at Orchestra Marketing from May 2017 to September 2017, where they focused on analytical tracking, brand strategy, and internal marketing operations.
Ghalia Fasheh obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Communication and Media Studies, with a Concentration in Image, Politics, & Persuasion from Carleton University, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Sociology from Carleton University.
In 2017, Ghalia enrolled in RED Academy and completed the Digital Marketing Foundations program. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Digital Media Buying and Planning (DBPC) from Circus Street in December 2018, Google Digital U from Google in December 2018, and Amazon eCommerce Accreditation from Amazon in November 2018. Ghalia also achieved Facebook Ad Certification from Facebook in July 2018 and Google Adwords certification from Google in March 2017.
Furthermore, Ghalia has additional certifications that include a Digital Marketing Foundation from RED Academy, Grade five in practical piano from Trinity College London, and International General Certificate of Secondary Education [Ordinary & Advanced Level] from both Pearson/Edexcel and University of Cambridge International Examinations, which they obtained while studying at the National Orthodox School in Amman, Jordan.
