Kam (Kamlesh) Lele has over 25 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry. From 1994 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Motorola. In this role, they were a Senior Field Engineer and a Senior RF Design Engineer. From 2000 to 2006, they were a Senior Manager at Sprint-Nextel Corporation, where they led a team responsible for the carrier development, certification, and post launch support for handset products and services. Kam (Kamlesh) also led the creation of a technical team focused on the development of embeddable data modems for use by third party OEMs. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Director of Handset Development and Strategy at kajeet, an MVNO startup focusing on the tween market. In this role, they were responsible for developing and planning the handset roadmap and development for kajeet. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Director, Subscriber Equipment Development at LightSquared, where they led a team of over 20 employees and contractors for the development of the architecture and device ecosystem of LTE and satellite-enabled devices and platforms. Finally, from 2012 to 2022, they were the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at Mobile Frontiers, a provider of focused solutions in the wireless telecommunications industry.

Kam Lele attended Howell High School from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1994.
