J.R. Allred has a strong background in the flooring industry, with extensive experience in leadership roles. J.R. served as President of Dalton Carpet One Floor & Home and Floor Tailor, leading these companies to success. Additionally, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at DCO Commercial Floors. J.R. Allred also contributed to the flooring industry as a Member of the Board of Directors at FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association. Prior to their work in the flooring industry, they gained valuable experience as a District Manager at CC's Coffee Company. Overall, J.R. Allred's work experience demonstrates their expertise and dedication to the flooring industry.
J.R. Allred earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in History from Gainesville State College in 2008. Later, in 2013, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Georgia Southern University. J.R. also obtained a certification in Retail Sales Management from LinkedIn in February 2020.
