Charles P. Schlager, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Charles P. started their career in 2012 with Sustainable Engineering Services as a Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for developing conceptual designs, managing equipment procurement, and developing piping and instrumentation drawings. In 2014, they joined DCO Energy as a Project Engineer, where they worked on various projects, including the addition of an acid tank to Montclair State University's Combined Heating, Cooling, and Power Facility, the Marina Thermal Mobile Temporary Hot Water Boiler Project, and the Burlington County Landfill Management Facility. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Mechanical Engineer at DCO Energy, working on projects such as the Bayonne Energy Center II and the Montclair State University Microgrid Facility and Chilled Water Expansion.
