Jordan Dowd is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in design and system optimization. Currently serving as Engineering Supervisor at DCS - Designed Conveyor Systems since December 2018, Jordan is responsible for ensuring system layouts exceed customer requirements and managing project materials. Previously, Jordan contributed as a Design Specialist at Horn USA, Inc., from March 2014 to December 2018, delivering custom cutting tools tailored to specific client needs. Jordan began a career in customer service as a Server at Logan's Roadhouse, where multitasking and composure under pressure were emphasized. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Tennessee Technological University.
