Emma Laden is currently the Head of Client Services at DCS. Previously, Emma worked as a Transformation Consultant at Merkle EMEA, specializing in maturity assessments for various industries. Prior to that, Emma had management roles at Giraffe Restaurants, ASK Italian, Best Western International, and The Tasting Room. Emma holds a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with Marketing from the University of the West of England.
