Brian Kolstad

Brian Kolstad is an experienced cost analyst with a career spanning over 15 years in various analytical roles. Currently serving as a Cost Analyst at DCS Corp since November 2018, Brian previously held senior analyst and cost analyst positions at Technomics, Inc., Augur Consulting Inc., and MCR Federal, where responsibilities included developing cost estimates for major defense acquisition programs by conducting research, statistical analysis, and collaborating with program offices and technical experts. Earlier in the career, Brian supported the Army Cost Center and MARCORSYSCOM at SAIC, focusing on life cycle cost estimates for military vehicles. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
