Julie Helm

Julie Helm has a diverse work experience in the field of contracting and pricing. Julie began their career as a Contract Negotiator at Wright Patterson AFB in 2011, where they stayed until 2016. In 2016, Julie joined the F-35 Joint Program Office as a Contract Specialist until 2017. Julie then worked at the Office of Naval Research, starting as a Contract Specialist in 2017 and later transitioning to a Contracting Officer role in 2018. Julie's most recent position is with DCS Corp, where they started in 2018 as a Senior Pricing Analyst and is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Pricing.

Julie Helm holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Wright State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management and Strategic Leadership at Ohio University from 2007 to 2011.
