Karla Langhus

Karla Langhus, MDE, ODCP, serves as the Organizational Development Manager at DCS Corp since April 2004, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to analyze and enhance organizational culture, strategy, and processes for effective change. Karla designs and implements programs focused on employee engagement, leadership development, career planning, and learning needs across the company. Previously, Karla held the positions of Cross Functional Analyst and Information Technology Specialist at DCS Corp, building stakeholder relationships and performing analyses to enhance organizational performance. Earlier experience includes working as a Helpdesk professional at the US Small Business Administration. Karla holds a Master's degree in Distance Education and E-Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
