Khalid Elneser

Khalid Elneser, PMP, currently serves as a Program Manager at DCS Corp since January 2023. Prior to this role, Khalid held positions including Senior Industrial Management Analyst at Integral Federal, Inc., and Senior Management Analyst at Objectstream, Inc. With a diverse background in business process analysis and management, Khalid has also worked as a Business Process Analyst at USfalcon, Equipment Specialist at COLSA, and in various roles with the Oklahoma Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves. Khalid possesses a strong educational foundation with a Master's in Public Administration from Devry University and an additional Master's in Government Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Bachelor’s degrees in Leadership and Management, as well as Management, were earned at Wayland Baptist University, alongside an Associate degree in Airport Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
