Paul Zaffarano

Paul Zaffarano, PMP, currently serves as a Project Engineer in Autonomous Systems at DCS Corp since December 2020. With extensive experience in operations and engineering, Paul previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Elite Fence Products, Inc., where strategic workforce development and automation initiatives were implemented. As Principal Consultant at BOB Development Co., Paul advised clients on optimizing business processes and enhancing technology integration. Paul has also contributed to education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Schoolcraft College and has held significant engineering roles at Focus:HOPE, Burtek, Inc., and Delfield Corporation. Paul’s academic background includes a Master’s in Information Systems from Walsh College, a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering from Central Michigan University, and an Associate’s in Manufacturing and Machining from Macomb Community College.
