Shane Sizemore

Shane Sizemore, Ph.D., is an accomplished I/O Psychologist currently serving as a Scientist IV at DCS Corp since June 2023. Previously, Shane worked as a Consultant at APTMetrics and as an I/O Psychologist - Scientist II at Infoscitex Corporation, focusing on assessment development and psychometric evaluation. Academic experience includes serving as an Instructor at Central Michigan University, teaching various psychology courses, and holding roles as a Graduate Assistant and Human Resources Consultant. Shane holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University, a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Western Illinois University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University, complemented by an Associate degree in General Studies from Delta College.
