Shaun O'Leary

Shaun O'Leary currently serves as the Tactical Planning Branch Manager and Program Manager at DCS Corp, where responsibilities include mentoring individual contributors, establishing career plans, and ensuring ethical development while recruiting and retaining staff for ongoing projects. Shaun also operates a small business, Manchester Area Dek Hockey LLC, aimed at creating a professional facility for Dek and Roller Hockey Leagues. Prior experience includes a notable tenure in the United States Air Force, where Shaun held multiple leadership roles, including Flight Commander Mobility, ensuring deployment readiness for personnel. Shaun holds a Master’s Degree in Business & Entrepreneurship from Trident University International and two Bachelor of Science degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Business and Logistics, and Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Business and Logistics.
