Lauren Graham

Lauren Graham has extensive experience in the retail industry, starting as a Customer Advisor at Sainsbury's in 2010 before progressing to roles such as Assistant Buyer and Buyer at Home Retail Group PLC and Sainsburys Argos. Their responsibilities included product sourcing, negotiation, range strategy, and team management across various categories such as computing, small domestic appliances, outdoor toys, and office equipment. In 2019, they took on the role of Commercial Lead at DCS Group (UK) Ltd, where they led a team of Commercial Managers in developing and implementing commercial strategies for over 350 customers in different channels.

Lauren Graham attended Stratford Grammar School For Girls where they studied Economics, Politics, English Language, and completed an Extended Project in Law & Business.
