Carlos Fowler

Carlos Fowler has extensive experience in music education, serving as an educator with DeKalb School District #428 since January 1999 and with DCSS since December 1998. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1998.
