Romy Vargas

Romy Vargas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in medical education and performance. Currently serving as Senior Program Coordinator at Tulane University School of Medicine since August 2004, Romy coordinates and schedules training for up to 1,000 medical students and manages the training of over 50 standardized patients in clinical skills. Prior to this role, Romy worked as a Standardized Patient Trainer at UCSD School of Medicine from March 1997 to July 2004. Additionally, since 1990, Romy has been involved with Romy Kaye - Roll Me Music as a vocalist, songwriter, Mistress of Ceremonies, and ordained minister, showcasing exceptional vocal talents. Romy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre with an emphasis in Acting and Directing from San Diego State University.
