Xavier Serrano has extensive work experience in marketing, advertising, and leadership roles. Xavier currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of DDB Colombia, overseeing multiple commercial brands and managing a team of over 500 talents. Prior to this, they worked as the CEO Peru-Colombia and Principal CEO at Geometry Colombia, where they led teams of professionals and focused on achieving business and marketing goals. Additionally, Xavier has worked as the Senior Managing Director at Grey Group, Director Digital at EuroRSCG, and as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Halliburton. Xavier has also taught courses on innovation, creativity, and leadership at CESA and Universidad del Rosario. Xavier Serrano has a diverse education history. Xavier obtained a degree in Organizational Leadership from the London Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they completed Teaching Graduate Programs and served as a keynote speaker at CESA from 2000 to 2019. In 2009, they attended Harvard Business School for a CEO Management Program focused on Leadership and Management. Xavier also holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, which they earned from 1997 to 1998. Xavier began their undergraduate studies at Southern New Hampshire University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Xavier pursued Economics at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1991 to 1996. Throughout their educational journey, Xavier has obtained several certifications focused on topics such as team management, advertising on Instagram, leadership development, assertiveness, critical thinking, decision-making strategies, and strategic thinking.
