Kayla Lucia has a diverse work experience in the marketing and project management field. Kayla started their career as a Marketing Assistant at M3 Health in 2016, where they assessed competitors' social media presence, edited company documents, and shadowed client conference calls. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Rowan Campus Recreation. Kayla then joined Kraus Marketing as a Digital Marketing Intern in 2018. In 2019, Kayla worked as a Project Coordinator at McCann Health Echo. Kayla then progressed to become an Account Executive and later a Senior Account Executive at McCann Health New Jersey in 2020. Currently, they are a Project Manager at DDB Health New York, where they started in 2021 and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2023. Throughout their career, Kayla has gained valuable experience in various marketing and project management roles.
Kayla Lucia completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Spanish from Rowan University. Kayla attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
