Costas Vanis

Costas Vanis is an accomplished advertising professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and production. Currently serving as the Executive Creative Director at DDB since September 2018, Costas heads the creative department for DDB & Tribal. Prior to this role, Costas was a Senior Producer at Boo Productions S.A, where responsibilities included producing commercials. Notably, Costas co-founded Mighty, a multidisciplinary agency focused on branding and design. From 1997 to 2013, Costas held the position of Chief Creative Officer at Fortune Advertising, achieving significant accolades including a Cannes Award and numerous other international recognitions for the agency. Earlier career experiences include work as Creative Head at Aspect and Group Creative Director at Lintas Athens. Costas began the career as a Visualizer at Magnet Advertising Athens, advancing to Creative Director. Educational qualifications include degrees from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Pratt Institute, The American College of Greece, and AKTO School of Art & Design.
