Jaime McGill

Jaime McGill is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy at DDB since February 2024, Jaime has previously held key positions at FCB Chicago as EVP, Group Strategic Planning Director; O'Keefe Reinhard & Paul as Director of Brand Strategy; and a series of roles at Leo Burnett, culminating as EVP, Strategy Director. Early career experiences include positions at Legacy Marketing Partners and Ogilvy & Mather, where Jaime contributed as a Marketing Intelligence specialist and Cultural Anthropologist, respectively. Jaime holds a degree from the University of Florida, earned between 1997 and 2001.
