Gabriel Adriazola is currently the Head of Product Strategy at Deuna. Gabriel has also worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where they designed a process to optimize trade spend allocation by SKU and supermarket chain, and generated customized tools to assess weekly trade spend ROI, incremental sell-out volume and sales. Prior to that, they were a Project Leader at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they also designed a process to optimize trade spend allocation by SKU and supermarket chain, and generated customized tools to assess weekly trade spend ROI, incremental sell-out volume and sales. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at MatrixConsulting, where they delivered recommendations for Chile's government, mining institutions and 10+ world leading mining companies to improve productivity in mining, led information processing and benchmarking to assess productivity gaps within companies and to identify best practices in Chile and in other countries, established a 5-year strategic plan for a leading fruit company, developed initiatives to boost high-potential product sales and to create production joint ventures, managed the relationship with the team and management of 2 business units, reorganized the supply process and redefined governance structure and decision-making processes of a leading company in Brazil and Chile as part of a major project to increase EBDIT by 9%, and moderated working sessions with 30+ employees. Gabriel has also delivered complex database management and modelling courses for consultants during training weeks, and prepared analytical tools for consulting teams.

Gabriel Adriazola holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master in Management Science from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a Bachelor in Commercial Administration from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE. Gabriel is also certified from Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Product Owner I.
