Kiska Howell has extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Kiska currently holds the position of Head of Business Leadership at DDB, where they oversee the success of key Molson Coors brands by establishing a centralized hub for creative excellence and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, they served as EVP, Executive Business Lead at DDB and was responsible for strategic planning and marketing of various brands. Before joining DDB, Kiska worked at FCB Chicago as the SVP, Management Director, leading branding and campaigns for Michelob Ultra Global Brands and Radio Flyer. Kiska also held the position of Account Director at Draftfcb/ FCB Chicago, where they managed the marketing campaign for Kmart. Kiska's career started at Dieste, Inc, where they worked as an Account Director and led various brands such as Hershey's, Southwest Airlines, Michaels Stores, Inc., Gatorade, Dole, Nissan, and JC Penney.
Kiska Howell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Texas A&M University. Kiska attended the university from 1993 to 1997.
