Hayley Toulson

Hayley Toulson has significant experience in operations and support roles. Hayley is currently working at DDC AS as the Head of Operations and has been in this position since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Padoq as the Head of Operations from November 2018 to May 2023. Hayley also worked as an Operations Manager at Air Black Box Company Ltd from November 2016 to October 2018. Before that, they held the position of Operational Support Manager at National Tyres and Autocare from June 2015 to November 2016 and was the PA to the CEO from December 2007 to June 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at IBM United Kingdom Ltd as an Executive Assistant from February 2003 to August 2007 and at Siemens as a Projects Secretary from March 2001 to February 2003.

Hayley Toulson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from The Open University, completing the program from 2010 to 2016. Hayley also obtained a Diploma in Business Studies from The Open University, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Prior to their university education, they attended Kesteven and Sleaford High School For Girls from 1993 to 2000, but their degree name and field of study during this time are not provided.
