Shrirang Phadke

Shrirang Phadke has extensive work experience in software development engineering, with a focus on leadership roles. Shrirang started their career at Cogentree Technology Solutions in 2008, where they held the positions of Sr. Software Engineer and later Senior Software Engineer until 2011. Shrirang then joined Calsoft as a Senior Development Engineer from 2011 to 2013. From 2014 to 2015, Shrirang worked at Calsoft as a Principal Development Engineer. Shrirang then moved to Tieto in 2016, where they worked as a Senior Tech Lead until 2017. Currently, they are employed at DDN Storage as a Senior Software Engineer, a position they have held since 2017. In May 2021, Shrirang was promoted to the position of Lead Software Development Engineer at DDN Storage.

Shrirang Phadke completed their education in a chronological order. In 2004, they obtained a B.Sc degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Nagpur University. Following this, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a PG Diploma in Advanced Software Technology from C-DAC. Shrirang then went on to earn an MCA (Master of Computer Applications) degree specializing in Computer Science from SMUHMTS, which they completed in 2012. In 2010, Shrirang started an Executive MBA program in Marketing at ITM Business School, where they graduated in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Shrirang Phadke has obtained various certifications. In December 2014, they successfully completed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test - Level N4, offered by JEES - Japan Educational Exchanges and Services. Later, in December 2016, they obtained a certificate for completing "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" course from Coursera. Furthermore, in January 2017, Shrirang obtained a certificate for completing a course on R Programming, also from Coursera.
