Kürşat Aktaş

Kürşat Aktaş has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and technology field. Kürşat is currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Ddosify, where they are leading the development of an open-core distributed observability platform. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Udemy from December 2019 to March 2021.

In 2018, Kürşat held the position of Software Engineer at both Aselsan and Alyo Software and IT. Inc. At Aselsan, they focused on software development and worked until December 2019. At Alyo Software and IT. Inc., they worked on maintaining and developing the company's media streaming product named "Anvato MCP" and communicated with customers from big media companies like NBC, FOX, Bloomberg, etc. This experience lasted from May to December 2018.

Before these roles, Kürşat served as a Malware & Security Analyst at Hacettepe University from September 2017 to May 2018. In this position, they analyzed numerous malware and developed a machine learning system for detecting and classifying Android malware.

Earlier in their career, Kürşat worked as a Software Developer at Binnaz Abla, a fast-growing startup. Their responsibilities included web development using Laravel 4 and Bootstrap, as well as optimizing DB and SQL performance. Kürşat worked at Binnaz Abla from October 2014 to February 2016.

Kürşat Aktaş completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hacettepe University between the years 2012 and 2017. Kürşat further pursued their education in the field of Computer Science and obtained a Master of Science degree from the same university from 2017 to 2020.
