Rachel de Silva

Rachel de Silva is a seasoned professional in strategy, operations, and private equity services with extensive experience across multiple industries. As the Director of Private Equity Services at DDR since October 2023, Rachel leads strategic initiatives in the investment sector. Previous roles include Director of Strategy and General Manager of League/Brand Management at Fanatics, Inc., and Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Rachel provided advisory support to C-Level executives on complex transformation projects. Rachel's earlier experience includes consulting for REACH Health, Inc., managing brand strategies at Russell Athletic and Spalding, and account management at Fitzgerald+CO.
