Alexandra Schwartz

Alexandra Schwartz is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at ITS Future since February 2021, responsibilities include operational HR management for two profit centers, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, training needs assessment, and the development of HR policies. Previous roles include HR management at dDruid and Cup of Tea, and extensive experience at Supermarchés Match overseeing HR functions for 35 stores and 1200 employees. Earlier positions included roles at Leroy Merlin, TRASCO, DECATHLON, and Hypromat France- Elephant Bleu, focusing on various HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, and training.
