Joseph Arzate Sr.

Joseph Arzate Sr. has held various positions in the IT industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Supervisor for Burger King Corporation, where they were responsible for training new hires, coaching existing employees, opening/closing duties, and inventory. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Double Agent - Covert for Geek Squad, where they repaired client computers and other technology through Geek Squad's online support channel and consistently performed in top of company rankings. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an IT Consultant for Decisive Data Systems, where they traveled to client workplaces to resolve technical issues on site, provided technical support remotely, and resolved issues due to networking, hardware, software, and client knowledge. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an IT Consultant for A Plus Computers Inc., where they performed hardware repairs on robotic prescription dispensing systems and provided consulting services for existing issues or future improvements. Since 2016, they have been the Director of Operations at Decisive Data Systems, where they ensure the proper execution of business strategies and company initiatives, liaises with executive management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals, and proactively reviews and analyzes company policies/procedures for best practices in the industry.

Joseph Arzate Sr. attended Harford Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Education. In 2017, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Office 365 certification. In 2018, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Productivity certification. Joseph also holds a VMware Technical Sales Professional (VTSP) 2016 certification.
