Elena Pedol

Elena Pedol has over two decades of experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain at De Agostini Publishing since July 2006. In this role, Elena improves and supervises procurement processes across various countries, defining and implementing a purchase operating model as part of cross-functional projects. Prior to this, Elena held positions such as European Purchasing and Production Manager and Purchasing & Production Manager Italia, where responsibilities included defining sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing product development. Earlier experience includes a senior buyer role at Galbani, focusing on packaging and ingredients, and junior buyer positions at Zurich Insurance, Pirelli, and CGT S.p.A. Additionally, Elena has a background in luxury fashion sales. Elena holds a degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano.
